The problem is that moot, for whatever reason, let the outsiders in. He did nothing to stop the cancer.

Moot should have stepped up as a mod. /b/day didn't just ruin 4chan; all the other *chans that were refugee camps were fucked by it too. Moot may have created the first english board, but he ruined most of them. He can still redeem himself imo, though, by banning all cancer.
When moot did the whole facechan thing I was SOO fucking hopeful that this was some way of weeding out the cancer and banning anyone who actually did it. but no. moot's too much of a faggot.

It killed a miniscule amount of cancer, but unfortunately it was taken away. Most non-cancerous individuals either a) don't use facebook or b) have javascript disabled, or both, but he was a fag and took it down. What happened to him?

I would if I was him. I can't imagine being in as much debt as he is, and I can't imagine going from a teenage weeaboo with a small site to running a meme-pushing behemoth. It has to be hard on him. I just wish he would at least get some non-cancerous mods and janitors.

I'm a mod on a couple of different sites, and for the most part, I'm pretty laid back. But if someone starts fucking around, I'm not gonna hesitate with a banhammer. My only guideline is I have to have a reason to ban them that is related to the site.

Actually, not too much. There's tons of users, but it's a registration site now, so the the only shit flooding in is the ads that support it. Server bill must be huge since images are pretty much permanent now. Of course there's tons of newfags, but it's SFW and not a chan so they can't do too much damage.
