I'm looking for fun, happy, exhilarating, sounding JRock, or Japanese rave music.

Currently listening to Shissou by Last Alliance.

> jap rave music

Whadayamean? Its techno right? Unless it had some lyrics to it I dont really see how you could make rave music japanese or give any kind of nationalism.

all Japanese male musicians are traps. that's how you know it's Japanese rave.

Gackt?
Ayumi Hamaski has "happy" music, though I must admit, if it wasn't Japanese, I wouldn't have given it a chance. It's sort of a guilty pleasure.
STEP You is a very raucous pop/metal fusion song. Evolution is a kind of trance/rap song that's pretty catchy. (The part that sounds like skipping isn't actually skipping though.)
