What manga have you read lately? How did you feel about it?

I finished Franken Fran and Devilman recently. Devilman was really good, even though the ending made me sad. Franken Fran's ending was poignant as well, but it was very funny and enjoyable (in a morbid way). I feel kind of nostalgic reading about it, I wish there was more of it to read! All of the characters were good. Veronica was so cute.

If anyone here has read them, what did you think of them?

Fran's ending is meh but it was a good ride while it lasts. Devil man Ionno, I think I've read them before but not much memories.
Lately I'v read One Punch Man (Hilarious!), Jitsu wa Watashi wa...(pure undiluted Hilarious!), and Gekkou Jourei(kinda meh, but I'm fans of Fujita Kazuhiro so I'm gonna read it to the end), and I am a hero (most realistic take of zombie outbreak amnga in the market IMO)

I'll have to add those to my backlog, they sound good. One Punch Man seems like a really popular show too.

I haven't read either of those, OP, but I know they're on my wishlist.
I've been re-reading Yotsubato lately. It's just as cute as I can remember it being.

Monster Musume, even if I don't care much about the fanservice I find it pretty funny and monstergirls is a good way to explore themes like prejudice, culture shock, etc. Watamote. Onepunch-man is an hilarious parody of the hero genre, like a different approach to Sunred with Sunred being more a slice of life than action. Torikissa! is cute, funny and relaxing, similar effect to Yotsuba but in a different way. I'm still enjoying Yotsuba but the chapters take so long. T-rex na kanojo is very funny on the absurdity of the characters. Silver Spoon I'm waiting for more chapters. And as a non-manga but still otaku related I read the webcomic "let's speak English" about the author life teaching English in Japan. It is cute and funny.

I downloaded the Monster Musume manga, but I haven't read it. I saw the show and it was really cute though. Same as you, I actually didn't care much about the fanservice. Snake is cute, Papi and Suu were cute, everyone was cute.

Oh, I've been reading Prison School too. I started before the anime came out, but I still haven't gotten around to watching it. It's definitely one of the funniest manga I've read, 10/10. Watching Joe and Gakuto try to understand Mitsuko's obsession with yaoi was fantastic.
