> Timeline C: Link Defeats Ganon in OoT, Lives Out His Life from Adulthood
> 5C. The Wind Waker
> 6C. Phantom Hourglass
> 7C. Spirit Tracks
Okay, okay, timeline C, wait the fuck up.
In Wind Waker "you", the player, play as a boy white a green shirt and blond hair growing up on a island village. "You" are not link. You are just a boy. Also did I mention the BOY part at all? Even if this WAS Link, how can he be living out his life as an adult here? The player character in Wind Waker is a boy. As in *not an adult.*
Is there something I'm missing here?
With my limited knowledge I would tell you that there is more than one "Link" (my knowledge of Zelda is limited to reading on the internet and 2 hours of gameplay).
Here is a quote from zeldapedia: "The ending of Skyward Sword states that every Link is of the same bloodline (possibly excluding the Link from Wind Waker, as he is explicitly said to not be related to the Hero of Time) and share the "Spirit of the Hero". "
I think that a few people at Nintendo just stuck the games in a random order and called it a timeline.
