Topic: I watched Last Exile in preperation for the new one.

It was awesome. And I knew instantly that Lavi was voiced by Kari Wahlgren. Though they skipped over exactly what Exile was like and the animation was cheap at times, the rest was great. I loved all the Characters especially Tatiana Wisla <3 the music was great, the battles were great and they made me think of the sonf Through Fire and Flames by Dragonforce. I can't believe I've never watched this before.
I shall now find a torrent for the next Last Exile.
