I've already talked with the teacher who chaperones it. If you have a copy of it, you can bring it in.

I recomend Haruhi but better get them in chronological order (with season 1 and 2 toguether) and convince people to watch at least 5 episodes before give up. When I watched the episode 00 I was like "WTF IS THIS SHIT?" and the only reason I continued was to understand why it was so famous but now I consider it the most original story ever made. I read all the books and they never failed to surprize me!

He's always been a pretty chill guy.
Last year there was a group called the "Screen staring" club he ran. Vidya, TV, anime, vidya.

This year though they have new regulations and stuff because "Oh we can't expose them to graphic violence or 1 in 1,000,000 is going to kill someone!".

Anyway, Barefoot Gen have violence, but it is about war victims and surviving on a real post apocalipse scenario. Also it is historic so it would actually teach people. Moyashimon is another good anime and them there is Hetalia.
