Bloody Monday is about a high school newspaper club one member being a genius hacker "Falcon" getting caught up is a conspiracy to commit bio-terrorism while at the same time the one person who could help them is on the run, accused of murder that he did not commit. The newspaper club works to clear his name, and expose the truth.
There's more to it than that though, go read it. It's awesome.

Also, I don't feel like a description of the plot is really helpfull, sometimes they just make things worse than they are, that's why I would rather post my impressions instead.
